DI MATTEO: ROUNDING OFF

Roberto Di Matteo is looking for improvements in performance from his side when we meet AC Milan in Miami on Saturday.
The Italian was disappointed with the side's output against the MLS All-Stars in Philadelphia on Wednesday night and is looking to return to winning ways at the Sun Life Stadium, indicating on Friday that he will also be looking for more minutes from some of his stars.
'We are looking to improve a little bit from Wednesday,' the manager said. 'I won't make as many changes a well so I am looking for a more settled team, different solutions and options as well and a couple of different things to see how they work.
'Hopefully we will round off with a good performance and result, improve our fitness as more players stay longer on the pitch, and get no injuries.'
We face a Milanese side that has sold Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva, two of their bigger names, but Di Matteo says they will still be a threat and expects them to figure in the Serie A championship race.
'They have Robinho, Boating, Ambrosini, a lot of good players and stars,' said the former Lazio player. 'We will have to wait to see their final squad, a lot of players have left but it's a fantastic team with great players and I am sure they will be competing for Serie A again, and be very competitive.'
With the arrival of Fernando Torres to the squad the number of strikers on the tour has doubled, with the Spaniard joining Romelu Lukaku as a further attacking option. Both will figure against Milan.
'Fernando is going to play in his centre-forward role, it is just a question of how much time he can play on the pitch,' Di Matteo said. 'He joined at the beginning of the week, he has had a flight and jet lag and a few training sessions in his legs so we will have to see. I will probably decide after training. It will be at least 30 minutes but we will see after.'
